ARE YOU LOOKING TO BUY?
Whether you are an individual looking for a business or a company seeking
a corporate acquisition, my goal is to help you find and buy a good Arizona company at a reasonable price. Preferably it will
be one with a long track record and attractive earnings. I'll need to know what kind of business you have in mind, your price
range and available cash, and some information about your business background and experience. Armed with this information
I can usually offer you suitable opportunities and we can visit those you like. Should you decide to go forward with a purchase,
I will walk you through the entire process including the purchase agreement, negotiations, due diligence and the closing
of the sale.
ARE
YOU LOOKING TO SELL?
Above all, sellers want the availability of their enterprise to be kept
confidential. A business for sale that is gossiped about in the trade will not bring top dollar, and serious problems can
arise with vendors, employees, competitors, and customers if the word gets out. That's why I do everything humanly possible
to keep things confidential while still putting forth a vigorous marketing effort. The buyers I bring you will possess
the two most important qualities: 1) cash and, 2) know-how.
My database is full of quality, local buyers and others from all over the
country...I can sell your company!

EDUCATION AND
EXPERIENCE:
A combination that's hard to beat.
Joe Davis has decades of experience in the acquisitions
and business brokerage industry. Born and raised in Texas, he graduated from the University of North Texas with a bachelor's
degree in banking and insurance, and he taught math classes at the university while earning a master's degree in banking and
finance. After college he became an officer with the Grayson County State Bank in Sherman, Texas, and later accepted an offer
to become bank manager and commercial loan officer with the United Bank of Arizona in Phoenix. Several years later,
and after almost buying a business, Joe got his real estate license and began selling businesses in the Valley of the Sun.
In 1980 he got his broker's license and opened his own independent brokerage firm. The rest, as they say, is history as Joe
has sold many millions of dollars worth of Arizona companies over the years and has a multitude of satisfied clients and customers.
